A slower start with a Mexican breakfast

Breakfast can be the whole reason to get everyone around a table. Olamendi’s menu includes chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, and several egg dishes. Take a look before you set out, especially if one particular plate is bringing you in.

Find your breakfast starting point

Chilaquiles are listed with a choice of red or green sauce. The breakfast selection also includes a Grande Breakfast Burrito, chorizo potato and eggs, machaca meat and eggs, eggs in chile verde sauce, a Mexican omelette, and huevos rancheros.

The menu notes meat add-ons for some dishes, including the burrito, chilaquiles, and omelette. Ask which choices are available and confirm the total when ordering. If you need to know what is inside a dish, ask directly; the name alone is not a complete ingredient list.

Before making breakfast plans

Confirm when breakfast dishes are available before setting out, especially if one particular plate is the reason for your visit.
