Lunch for the office, without the guesswork

Will everyone eat together, or come and go between meetings? That answer helps you choose between shared trays and a taco bar before you start counting tacos.

Choose a format that fits the break room

The catering menu includes tacos and enchiladas by the dozen, rice and beans in trays, and taco bar choices. A shared lunch needs room for the food, serving utensils, and a place for people to build their plates. Check the space before choosing the menu.

If lunch is tied to a presentation, work backward from the time people need to sit down. Allow time to collect the order and arrange the table; an event start time and a food pickup time are different things.
